The third piece in my Tangier imagined range, Bahi portrays a wise man and healer. I’ve always been drawn to intricate details and embellishments, and painting Bahi gave me the perfect opportunity to indulge in that passion. His richly adorned clothing allowed me to explore textures, patterns, and decorative elements, bringing depth and character to the piece. Through these embellishments, I aimed to capture not only his wisdom but the cultural richness that surrounds him.
